Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion while maintaining team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct the workflow of technicians, and stage vehicle repair work to meet customer expectations. Drive sales initiatives by assessing customer needs, communicating repair information, and ensuring satisfaction with the in-store experience. Full-time role with competitive weekly pay, health benefits, and 401(k) match. Walk-in interviews available 7 days a week in Carthage, TX.
Required Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
