Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to drive sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Full-time role in Dublin, GA with competitive weekly pay including incentives, health, dental, and vision insurance. Walk-in interviews available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
