Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Direct workflow for mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians while assessing customer needs, recommending under-car repairs, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with in-store experiences and vehicle repair quality. Operate at one of over 2,000 Mavis locations in the Suwanee, GA area. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
