Job Summary
Enforce established policies and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and timely job completion. Direct the workflow of repair and tire technicians to stage vehicle maintenance, manage outside orders, and deliver high-quality service that meets customer expectations. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repair services, communicating directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Support the Store Manager in operating retail locations effectively, with open interviews available seven days a week for candidates meeting experience requirements in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
