Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion for the Automotive Assistant role. For the Service Manager position, assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct the workflow of technicians, and stage vehicle repair work while driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
