Job Summary
Conduct daily operations at Mavis retail locations by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, and managing outside orders to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians for tire selections and under-car repairs while communicating directly with customers to assess needs and drive sales initiatives. Maintain team safety and customer satisfaction by overseeing vehicle repair and maintenance quality. Full-time role with competitive weekly pay and benefits; open interviews available 7 days a week in the Virginia Beach, VA area.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
