Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely job completion and team safety. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct workflow for mechanics and technicians, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives while delivering high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance to meet customer expectations. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open interviews are available 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
