Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and team safety. Direct the workflow of technicians, stage vehicle repairs, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, recommend services, and drive sales initiatives. Deliver high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance while meeting customer expectations and ensuring complete satisfaction. Walk-in interviews available daily; competitive weekly pay with health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
