Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards to ensure each retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Schedule mechanics, technicians, and tire specialists to manage outside orders and ensure the timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Direct the workflow of alignment and tire technicians while assessing customer needs, recommending necessary under-car services, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with their in-store experience and meet expectations. This role supports the Store Manager at one of over 2,000 Mavis locations in the Hazlet, NJ area, offering competitive weekly pay, health benefits, and a 401(k) with employer match.
