Job Summary
Assist in leading store operations as an Automotive Assistant Manager and Service Manager at a Mavis Tire location. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to run the retail tire sales center efficiently and safely, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, directing workflow of technicians, and delivering strong customer service. Service Managers will assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary repairs, communicate with customers, and drive sales initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction and an optimal in-store experience. The role requires leadership, coordination of team members, and a commitment to safety and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
