Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion. Direct the workflow of repair technicians and stage vehicle maintenance while assessing customer needs, recommending under-car services, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with their in-store experience and meet expectations. Walk in for immediate interviews during store hours or apply online; open interviews are available seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
