Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely, high-quality job completion. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct the workflow of technicians, and drive sales initiatives while communicating directly to meet customer expectations. Operate efficiently, safely, and effectively at one of over 2,000 retail locations in the Philadelphia area.
Required Qualifications
- be at least 18 years of age
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
