Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians, stage vehicle repairs, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, recommend services, and ensure satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives while maintaining safety standards and meeting customer expectations across retail locations. Walk-in interviews are available daily.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
