Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and customer satisfaction. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week; applicants must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the US, and possess one year of experience in automotive parts sales, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
