Job Summary
Enforce established policies and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of repair and tire technicians, manage outside orders, and stage vehicle maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, assess their needs, and communicate repair options to meet customer expectations. Ensure the safety of team members and maintain high-quality service across retail locations. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week; qualified candidates must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess one year of experience in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
