Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance, manage outside orders, and guarantee timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly with clients to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Support the Store Manager in meeting customer expectations and maintaining high-quality service standards across retail locations.
