Job Summary
Conduct daily operations at Mavis retail locations by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, and managing outside orders to ensure efficient, safe, and effective service. Direct the workflow of tire and repair technicians while assisting customers with selections, recommending under-car services, and delivering high-quality maintenance to meet expectations. Support the Store Manager in driving sales initiatives and maintaining customer satisfaction across state-of-the-art centers in the Howell, NJ area.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
