Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repair services, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Manage outside orders and maintain safety for all team members. This role supports the Store Manager at one of over 2,000 Mavis retail locations in the Roanoke, TX area.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
