Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. This role operates at one of over 2,000 retail locations in the Old Bridge, NJ area, requiring 1 year of experience in automotive parts, tire sales, or repairs.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
