Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of alignment and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance, managing outside orders and quality control. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, communicating directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Support the Store Manager in maintaining operational efficiency and safety across Cherry Hill, NJ locations.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
