Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians. Manage outside orders, ensure timely job completion, and meet customer expectations for both retail and service operations. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and communicate directly to assess needs and provide information regarding requested services. Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
