Job Summary
Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, managing outside orders and ensuring timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under-car repair services, and communicate directly with clients to assess needs and deliver high-quality service. Meet customer expectations and maintain team safety in one of 2,000 retail locations across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
