Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Direct the workflow of technicians to deliver high-quality repairs while assessing customer needs, recommending under-car services, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience and meet expectations for vehicle maintenance. Walk-in interviews are available 7 days a week for candidates with at least one year of automotive experience or training.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
