Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and customer satisfaction. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure they are satisfied with their in-store experience. Full-time role in the Rocky Point, NY area with weekly pay, incentives, and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
