Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion while maintaining team safety. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services, directing the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Walk in during store hours for an immediate interview, as open interviews are available seven days a week.
