Job Summary
Support the store manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repairs while directing workflow for technicians and staging vehicle maintenance. Communicate directly with clients to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Walk in for an immediate interview during store hours 7 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
