Job Summary
Enforce established policies and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians to ensure jobs complete safely and on time. Direct the workflow of alignment and tire technicians to stage vehicle repairs, manage outside orders, and deliver high-quality maintenance. Assist customers with tire selections, assess their needs, and communicate repair options to meet expectations and drive sales initiatives. Walk in during store hours for immediate interviews or apply online.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
