Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Support the Store Manager to enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, and ensure timely job completion. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians while assisting customers with tire selections and recommending under-car repair services. Communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience. Enforce established standards for safety and quality while driving sales initiatives.
