Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely, high-quality job completion while maintaining team safety. Direct workflow for Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians to stage repair work, assess customer needs, and communicate repair recommendations to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers with tire selections and drive sales initiatives while meeting customer expectations for timely service. Walk in during store hours for immediate interviews; open positions available in the Bernardsville, NJ area.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
