Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, direct workflow for technicians, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Enforce established standards for safety and quality while driving sales initiatives. Walk in for interviews during store hours or apply online.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
