Job Summary
Support the Store Manager by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, and ensuring timely job completion and team safety. Direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians while assessing customer needs, recommending repairs, and driving sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with in-store experiences and vehicle repair quality. This role operates at a state-of-the-art service center in the Moosic, PA area, offering competitive weekly pay with incentives, health benefits, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
- any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
