Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring full-time Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers for its Spanish Fort, AL area. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operations, schedules mechanics/technicians, manages outside orders, ensures quality and timely completion of jobs, and maintains customer satisfaction. The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under-car repairs, directs technicians (mechanics, alignment technicians, tire technicians) to complete repairs, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and ensures a positive in-store experience.
