Job Summary

Oversee daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, workflow optimization, and inventory management to meet budget targets. Assist the Store Manager in analyzing key performance indicators, developing customer retention strategies, and enforcing safety protocols to minimize workplace injuries. Provide legendary customer service by managing sales promotions, financing options, and post-service follow-ups while acting as a key holder for facility opening and closing procedures. Direct, train, and evaluate employees to foster a cohesive team culture, and operate as the Store Manager during absences. Collaborate on business plans and budgets, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of eighteen years
  • An active and unrestricted driver's license
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years of related experience
  • A minimum of three years of managerial experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work within the United States while employed by Leeds West Groups
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and ability to maintain a clean driving record

  • Ability to analyze, reduce, and minimize workplace safety concerns, injuries, and damages through training, enforcement, and team compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices
  • Ability to ensure test drives are conducted correctly and in accordance with company policy, procedures, safety best practices, and traffic laws
  • Ability to ensure store employees maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations
  • Ability to stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes affecting automotive repair and safety
  • Ability to collaborate with the Store Manager and senior management to develop and execute business plans, directives, initiatives, programs, budgets, and more
  • Ability to assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily business operations, including scheduling, staffing, customer satisfaction, and workflow optimization
  • Ability to ensure all services are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company, safety, and industry standards
  • Ability to provide legendary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective customer interactions and communications
  • Ability to achieve high call conversion rates
  • Ability to correctly apply sales promotions and discounts
  • Ability to promote financing options
  • Ability to ensure quality repair services
  • Ability to conduct post-service follow-ups
