Automotive Assistant Manager

Lead from the front by opening and closing the store, setting daily plans, and maintaining shop safety and efficiency. Own the guest experience through greeting customers, building estimates, explaining work clearly, and closing sales. Act as the bridge between technicians and customers by translating inspections into trusted recommendations. Develop the team by coaching advisors and techs, reinforcing processes, and addressing performance gaps. Run the business by managing inventory, ordering, cash handling, scheduling, KPI tracking, and OSHA/EHS compliance. Cover the deck when the Store Manager is out and model elite standards on every shift.
