Job Summary
Lead daily shop operations by opening and closing, setting the game plan, and maintaining safety and efficiency. Own the guest experience by greeting visitors, building estimates, explaining work, and closing sales. Bridge the gap between technicians and customers to translate inspections into trusted recommendations. Develop the team by coaching advisors and techs, reinforcing processes, and addressing performance gaps. Manage business functions including inventory, ordering, cash handling, scheduling, and KPI tracking while ensuring OSHA and EHS compliance. Cover the store when the manager is out and model elite standards on every shift. Requires 1–3 years in automotive service management, strong sales background, valid driver's license, and open availability including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1–3 years of experience in automotive service management or retail repair leadership
- Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical)
- Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Open availability, including weekends, to lead and support the team during peak business times
