Center Assistant Manager for a SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service location. Responsible for managing center operations to the highest standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. Key duties include operating the System of Operation, overseeing all positions under the assistant manager, managing customer interactions and service quality, hiring and supervising staff, service-bay management, inventory ordering and stocking, daily accounting, POS system maintenance, safety and warranty prevention, and building a strong team focused on service. The role emphasizes leading a team of service-oriented technicians, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing business opportunities within the local market, maintaining community connections, and fostering growth opportunities within a locally owned operation.
