Job Summary
Manage and supervise daily operations of three maintenance workshops in the Giza area, monitoring performance, productivity, and service quality to ensure operational excellence. Lead, coach, and support workshop managers and technical teams to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality procedures. Diagnose operational challenges, coordinate with departments for smooth workflows, and prepare reports to analyze KPIs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize resource allocation and manpower utilization to maintain high technical standards and support business growth through improved customer experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, 1-3 years in workshop operations, and a valid driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
- Proven experience 1 to 3 in workshop operations or automotive maintenance management
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of automotive maintenance processes and workshop operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple workshops and work under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
