Job Summary
Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, including basic suspension, steering, brake, and tire repairs. Complete work outlined on repair orders with accuracy while utilizing the multi-point inspection form. Diagnose and address fluid maintenance, TPMS repairs, and battery checks per factory instructions. Document all tasks and examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs. Stay current on factory bulletins, campaigns, and recalls through assigned manufacturer training. Assist senior technicians with complex repairs as needed. This role requires a "D" level technician with at least eighteen years of age and a valid driver's license. Previous automotive experience is required, and technical school certifications are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive experience as a "D" level tech
- Must have good prior work or school attendance
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have basic tools
- Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive technical school certifications preferred but not required
