Job Summary
Review repair and maintenance needs for vehicles in our reconditioning facility. Coordinate minor repairs and preventative maintenance tasks with the mechanic team. Track repair schedules, updates, and documentation in internal systems. Communicate with management and team members regarding repair status. Support high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment. Maintain organized records of repair and maintenance activities. Identify and help resolve discrepancies between repair estimates, progress, and standards. This role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week including overtime, with a valid G2 driver's license and minimum 3 years of apprentice experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years as an apprentice automotive technician
- Valid driver's license (minimum G2)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
- Ability to commute to Mississauga
Desired Qualifications
- Technical school or automotive program background
- Previous administrative or automotive support experience
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations
- Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management tools
