Job Summary
Align newly-mounted tires and wheels by measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs. Perform tire maintenance and repair tasks including dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing. Lift and move items over 50 pounds while standing, walking, bending, and crawling as needed. Requires one year of experience in tire services or equivalent training; state inspection license preferred. Open interviews available 7 days a week; walk-ins accepted during store hours.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires
- ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
