Job Summary
Automotive Alignment Technicians use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and keep vehicles tracking straight. They perform state inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs, and may handle other automotive services. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, lift items over 50 pounds, and a commitment to customer satisfaction with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and career growth opportunities. Must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and have 1 year of tire service experience or comparable training. A state inspection license is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent experience/training
- State inspection license preferred
