Job Summary
Use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels by measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true. Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles. Perform daily duties involving standing, walking, bending, lifting items over 50 pounds, and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle maintenance. This full-time role at one of our state-of-the-art service centers in Pottsville, PA, supports Mavis's mission to deliver complete customer satisfaction across over 2,000 retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires
- ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
