Job Summary
Conduct automotive alignment by measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles on customer vehicles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel. Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, flat repairs, and other required vehicle services using latest equipment. Maintain physical readiness for repetitive movements, lifting over 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekly pay includes incentive compensation, with full benefits such as health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires
- ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
- regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds
