Job Summary
Demonstrate mastery in automotive service repair, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specifications and company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging transparently to guide clients through informed repair decisions. Uphold productivity standards based on flag hour principles to maximize efficiency without compromising quality. Mentor junior technicians by sharing knowledge and expertise to support their growth. Collaborate with the service team to streamline operations and ensure seamless delivery of automotive services. Maintain awareness of evolving vehicle technologies and industry developments. ASE certification and proficiency in flag hour principles are required. Weekly payroll and comprehensive benefits are available.
Required Qualifications
- ASE Certified
- current and valid driver's license
- ability to complete a Formal Application for Employment and Background Screening Authorization
- ability to complete a Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
