Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician

Job Summary
Conduct Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards under mentorship. Perform a wide range of calibrations across multiple manufacturers while adhering to strict quality-focused service protocols. Complete initial training and continue education on new vehicle technology through virtual support and on-site instruction. This paid apprenticeship leads to graduation as a Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration Technician by the seventh month. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, and pass background and MVR screenings. The role involves consistent physical activity including lifting over 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced production shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Must be able to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
