Job Summary
Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician Apprentice role at Protech Automotive Solutions. The apprentice will receive mentorship and training to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations according to OE specifications and repair standards, with the goal of advancing to a Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration within seven months. The position includes paid weekly wages with overtime eligibility, comprehensive benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision), paid vacations/holidays, and opportunities for career growth through internal promotion. Training will cover calibration across a wide range of manufacturers, supported by in-house and virtual resources, with initial training provided by Protech. The role emphasizes hands-on, shop-focused experience and the use of industry-standard diagnostic equipment and software; mobility to work with company-provided tools (and a company vehicle for mobile technicians) is noted, alongside emphasis on safety screenings and regulatory eligibility to work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Able to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
