Job Summary
Conduct Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards under mentorship and training. Perform physical tasks including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs while adapting to a fast-paced environment. Complete initial training with Protech and a virtual support team to graduate to a Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by the seventh month. Gain hands-on experience in a production shop utilizing the latest diagnostic equipment and factory software.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
