Job Summary
Conduct Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards under mentorship. Perform hands-on mechanical repairs, including suspension, drive modules, frames, and vehicle interior trim components. Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment and factory programming software to troubleshoot complex vehicle control systems. Complete initial training and continue education on new vehicle technology within a production shop environment. Work in a fast-paced setting requiring consistent physical activity, lifting objects over 50 lbs, and prioritizing competing tasks.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21+ years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
