Job Summary
Conduct Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards under mentorship. Perform a wide range of calibrations across multiple manufacturers while gaining confidence through hands-on experience in a production shop. Complete initial training provided by Protech and utilize a robust virtual support team for continuing education on new vehicle technology. Adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks while performing physical duties including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Graduate from the apprenticeship to a Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role within seven months.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
