Job Summary
Automotive Accounting Specialist role handling accounts payable within a dealership setting, requiring 2+ years automotive accounting experience, with emphasis on AP processing, service contracts, and extended warranty submissions/cancellation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus. Must provide verifiable work experience and professional references and be eligible for a background check and drug screening. Compensation is hourly ($20-$25) with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision and PTO. On-site in Riverside, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated automotive accounting experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processing.
- Experience with service contracts and extended warranty submissions/cancellation processing.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus.
- Must provide verifiable work experience and professional references.
